Woman ‘Sandra’ demands paternity test when best friend’s newborn baby looks just like her fiancé ‘Andre,’ ruining their friendship and causing wedding to be called off

Weddings tend to bring things to the surface. If you had a secret resentment, or were holding onto ill feelings towards someone, a wedding is just the thing to make the situation spiral out of control. Sandra is getting married to Andre, and she's been friends with the protagonist for many years. Despite their years of friendship, Sandra has been holding onto something that's causing tacit tension, but it all unfurls in a dramatic scene between the two couples. The protagonist points out that she and Andre are from the same country and share the same religion, so it's no wonder they look the same, or that Sandra's baby would look the same as Andre. 

Sandra ends up demanding a paternity test from her friend. Lo and behold, her baby is actually her and her husband's, and not related to Andre. But the damage is done, and the wedding is called off.
